What is Telehealth?
• Telehealth allows you to communicate with a provider in either an audio or video meeting on your phone, computer or tablet. Tell us about your symptoms or medical concerns during our virtual visit. We can recommend a treatment plan.

Can I get a prescription from an Immediate Care Center Telehealth provider?
• Yes. If we prescribe medicine, we’ll send it electronically to the pharmacy of your choice. Please note that there may be restrictions on certain types of medication (narcotics, controlled substances).

Can I use my insurance?
•  We do take some insurance plans. To be sure you’re covered, contact your plan.

When should I not use Telehealth?
• Telehealth should not be used while driving
• Telehealth can’t be used for all medical issues, such as:
– Needing assessment in-person or medical emergency.
– For injuries that may need stitches or surgery.
– When a sensitive area (i.e. genitals) needs to be examined.

Are there any restrictions for Immediate Care Center Telehealth visits?
• Must be an established patient with ICC already.
• Age restrictions may apply for certain services.
• If the visit is for a minor, both the minor and a parent or guardian must be present during the visit.
